Folly Hall Farm is situated about half a mile from the A171, just outside of Whitby, North Yorkshire. With panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, the Esk Valley and the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, it is a wonderful location from which to explore the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Coast.
Folly Hall Farm provides the following facilities:
We currently do not have any facilities for charging electric cars. There are charging points at Lidl in Whitby and also at Aldi. Some properties in Whitby are part of Co Charger, ideal if you are going to Whitby for the day, free parking then.
Folly Hall Farm was bought by new owners, Sally Martyn-Johns and her family, in late 2015.
Sally was born and spent her childhood locally in Castleton, attending school in Whitby before embarking on a career in the hospitality industry. For over 27 years Sally has worked in both country and London hotels, latterly as a manager of Holland Park YHA, a 200 bed Youth Hostel in central London. She has now returned to her roots and is using the experience gained to run Folly Hall Farm as a family-friendly campsite.
Folly Hall Farm welcomes guests old and new and all those who wish to enjoy all the delights North Yorkshire has to offer. Sally continues to ensure Folly Hall Farm retains its reputation as a peaceful and tranquil family-run and family-friendly business and she looks forward to seeing you in the near future.
